1. Introduction

Welcome to Onside Training.

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the services provided by Onside Studios ApS (“Onside Studios”, “Onside – Training”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

These Terms apply to:

the website located at https://www.onside-training.com;
the Onside Training mobile application for iOS and Android;
Onside Training Premium subscriptions;
digital products purchased through our website;
and all related services, features, and content we provide (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing the Services, creating an account, purchasing a digital product, subscribing to Premium, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Services.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required by the laws of your country, to create an account and use the Services.

If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may only use the Services with permission from a parent or legal guardian.

By using the Services, you represent that you meet these requirements.

4. Your Account

Some features require you to create an account.

You agree to:

provide accurate and complete information;
keep your account information up to date;
keep your password confidential;
not allow others to use your account;
notify us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Use of the Services

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use the Services for your personal or internal coaching purposes, subject to these Terms.

This licence does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property.

6. Premium Subscriptions

Certain features are available through Onside Training Premium.

Premium subscriptions may be offered as monthly or annual subscriptions.

Depending on where you subscribe, payments are processed through:

Apple App Store
Google Play
Stripe (website)

For App Store and Google Play subscriptions:

payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account upon purchase;
subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period;
your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period;
you may manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple or Google account settings;
refunds are handled solely by Apple or Google under their respective policies unless otherwise required by law.

For subscriptions purchased directly through our website:

payments are processed securely through Stripe;
renewal and cancellation are managed through your account or payment portal;
refunds are provided only where required by law or our Refund Policy.

Premium features may change over time as the Services evolve.

7. Digital Products

Our website may offer downloadable digital products, including but not limited to:

PDF training guides
coaching resources
templates
downloadable drill collections
educational materials

When purchasing a digital product, you receive a personal, non-exclusive licence to use that product.

Unless otherwise stated, you may:

download the product;
store it on your personal devices;
print copies for your own coaching use.

You may not:

resell the product;
redistribute it;
upload it to public websites;
share it commercially;
modify and sell derivative versions;
claim ownership of the content.

All purchases of digital products are subject to applicable consumer protection laws.

8. Orders and Payments

All purchases are subject to:

payment authorisation;
product availability;
verification of transaction details.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders involving:

suspected fraud;
payment issues;
pricing errors;
technical errors;
misuse of our Services.

Prices are displayed in EUR unless otherwise stated and include VAT where applicable.

9. Refunds

Refunds for digital products are governed by applicable consumer protection laws and our Refund Policy.

Where permitted by law, digital products that have been downloaded or accessed after purchase may not be eligible for a refund.

Premium subscription refunds are handled according to the policies of the platform through which the subscription was purchased, unless otherwise required by law.

10. Your Content

The Services allow you to create content including:

tactics;
formations;
player positions;
drawings;
animations;
notes;
training sessions;
saved drills.

You retain ownership of the content you create.

However, by uploading or saving content through the Services, you grant Onside Studios a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to:

store your content;
host your content;
synchronise it across your devices;
create backups;
transmit it where necessary to provide the Services.

This licence exists solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Services.

When you use sharing features, such as generating a share code, you instruct us to make that content available to anyone with whom you share the code.

11. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

violate any applicable laws;
infringe intellectual property rights;
upload illegal or abusive material;
distribute malware or malicious software;
attempt unauthorised access to our systems;
interfere with the operation of the Services;
reverse engineer or decompile the app except where permitted by law;
scrape or systematically collect content from the Services;
use bots or automated systems without permission;
attempt to bypass Premium restrictions;
share accounts intended for individual use.

Violation of these Terms may result in suspension or permanent termination of your account.

12. Coaching Content

The drills, tactics, animations, videos, templates, and educational materials available through the Services are intended solely as coaching and educational resources.

You remain responsible for determining whether any exercise, drill, or training session is appropriate for your players based on factors including age, skill level, fitness, medical condition, and applicable safety standards.

Onside Studios does not guarantee the suitability or effectiveness of any coaching content for a particular purpose and is not responsible for injuries or damages resulting from its use.

13. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, all intellectual property rights relating to the Services belong to Onside Studios ApS or its licensors.

This includes, but is not limited to:

software;
source code;
app design;
website design;
logos;
trademarks;
drill library;
graphics;
icons;
videos;
animations;
downloadable materials;
written content.

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of our intellectual property to you.

13.1 Free Downloadable Coaching Materials

Onside Studios may make certain coaching materials available free of charge, including drill PDFs, training templates, session plans, and other downloadable resources (“Free Materials”).

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to:

download the Free Materials,
store them on your devices,
print copies for your own coaching or educational use,
share links to the official Onside Training website where the materials are hosted.

You may not:

re-upload the Free Materials to another website, cloud storage service, or file-sharing platform,
sell, sublicense, or commercially redistribute the Free Materials,
modify the materials and distribute the modified version as your own,
remove copyright notices, logos, or branding,
claim ownership of the Free Materials or any part of them.

All Free Materials remain the intellectual property of Onside Studios ApS and are protected by copyright law.

14. Third-Party Services

Our Services integrate with third-party providers, including:

Apple App Store;
Google Play;
Firebase;
Google Cloud;
RevenueCat;
Stripe;
YouTube.

Your use of those services may also be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

We are not responsible for the availability or content of third-party services.

15. Availability of the Services

We aim to provide reliable Services but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.

The Services may occasionally become unavailable due to:

maintenance;
updates;
security measures;
technical issues;
events outside our reasonable control.

We may modify, suspend, discontinue, or replace features at any time.

16. Beta Features

From time to time we may release experimental or beta features.

Beta features are provided “as is” and may contain bugs or change without notice.

We make no guarantees regarding their availability, performance, or future inclusion in the Services.

17. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

We do not warrant that:

the Services will be uninterrupted;
the Services will be error-free;
defects will always be corrected;
content will always be complete or accurate;
the Services will meet every user’s expectations.

18. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Onside Studios shall not be liable for:

indirect damages;
incidental damages;
consequential damages;
loss of profits;
business interruption;
loss of data;
loss of goodwill.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Onside Studios during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where exclusion is prohibited by law.

19. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Onside Studios ApS, its directors, employees, and affiliates from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from:

your violation of these Terms;
your misuse of the Services;
your infringement of another person’s rights;
content you upload or share through the Services.

20. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you:

violate these Terms;
engage in fraudulent or illegal activity;
misuse the Services;
attempt to compromise the security or integrity of our systems.

You may stop using the Services and delete your account at any time.

Termination does not affect rights or obligations that accrued before termination.

21. Privacy

Our collection and processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy.

By using the Services, you acknowledge that your personal data will be processed as described in that policy.

22. Changes to the Services

We continuously improve our Services.

Accordingly, we may:

introduce new features;
remove existing features;
change pricing;
modify Premium offerings;
discontinue products;
improve functionality.

Where required by law, we will provide notice of material changes.

23. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time.

When we do, we will update the Effective Date shown at the top of this document.

Your continued use of the Services after the updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

24. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Denmark.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Danish courts, unless mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.

25. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

26. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies expressly referenced within them, constitute the entire agreement between you and Onside Studios regarding your use of the Services.
