Thank you for shopping at Onside Training. If you’re not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


Return Window

You can return items within 30 days of receiving your order. After 30 days, we unfortunately can’t offer a refund or exchange.


Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned in the original packaging

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required


Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable digital products

  • Health and personal care items

  • Custom or personalised items

  • Items marked as final sale


Partial Refunds May Apply If:

  • Items are returned used or not in original condition

  • Packaging or parts are missing

  • Items are returned after the 30-day window

  • The item is damaged due to reasons not related to our error


Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, you’ll receive an email confirming whether your refund is approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within a few business days.

Haven’t seen your refund yet?

  1. Check your bank or payment account again

  2. Contact your credit card company or bank (processing time may vary)

  3. Still no refund? Reach out to us at contact@onside-training.com


Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged.
To request an exchange for the same item, email us at contact@onside-training.com


Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive store credit for the value of your return.
If the gift wasn’t marked or was shipped to the buyer, the refund will go to the original purchaser.


Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, especially for high-value items
